The hotel features a delightful rooftop pool.
Unfortunately, my experience at Jazz Hotel Penang was not as pleasant as I had hoped. The air conditioning in my room was inconsistent, making it uncomfortable at times. Moreover, the gym facilities were in poor condition. many machines were out of order, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Additionally, the staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to issues. I had to repeatedly ask for basic items like cutlery, which was frustrating.

I stayed in the Deluxe Twin Room for 2 nights and it was really great! The air conditioning was on point and the bathroom was huge with a nice bath and complimentary bath bomb. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, and they restocked the minibar too. The rooftop pool was nice to chill at after a day out. Plus, the breakfast was decent. Overall, a comfy stay!

The location was a bit far from town.

The room was bright and had a stunning city view which we truly enjoyed. Staff members were exceptional, particularly Lee who helped us with our extended stay. Ivy surprised my niece with thoughtful bath bombs, adding a special touch to our visit.
The only downside was the slightly distant location from central attractions.
